INGREDIENTS

50 ml extra virgin olive oil ...

350 gr. leeks, cut into thin slices (about 3 leeks)...

2 spring onions...

250 gr. flour for all purposes...

2 tbsp. baking powder...

4 eggs...

200 gr. DODONI strained yogurt...

65 ml olive oil...

1 small bunch of chopped dill...

1 small bunch of chopped parsley...

400 gr. DODONI feta cheese ...

200 gr. salami (cut into cubes)...

salt and pepper...

PREPARATION

Put the olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Sauté the leeks with the spring onions.


 

 

EXECUTION

In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, oil, eggs, and yogurt.
Add all the other ingredients, and lastly in large pieces so that it does not disappear during baking.
Put the mixture in an oiled and floured cake tin and bake at 175 ° C for 1 hour
