Combining the know-how and experience of DODONI with the tradition of Cyprus, we created a cheese range that is known for its distinctive flavor and has written its own history around the world. Halloumi and Anari Cheese, are produced exclusively in Cyprus, since June 2016, at our new, state-of-the-art DODONI factory, located in Limassol, Cyprus. Loyal to their values, respecting their origin and the traditional Cypriot recipes, the new DODONI products are distinguished by:
