With a hint of refreshing mint, it is equally delicious as it is, fried or grilled, since the high melting point allows Halloumi to form a delicious golden crust. In Greece DODONI Halloumi is available in super market chains in airtight packaging of 225g. Abroad, it is available in airtight packaging of 225g & 250g. In Cyprus you may find both DODONI Halloumi in airtight packaging of variable weight.
