INGREDIENTS
300g Feta PDO DODONI
150g strained DODONI yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon of lemon
1 tablespoon olive oil
White pepper
Bukovo (optional)
FOR THE BREADSTICKS
250g all-purpose flour
120g Feta PDO DODONI
50g olives (pitted)
50ml of water
80ml olive oil
1 tsp. soup vinegar
1 tsp. sweet baking powder
Salt
Oregano
EXECUTION
For feta sauce
In an electric grater, put the POP DODONI slice together with the DODODI strained yogurt, pepper, honey, olive oil, lemon and bukovo. Beat until the ingredients are combined and a uniform mixture is formed. If you want it more diluted, add additional yogurt.
For the breadsticks
Put the flour in a bowl, make a well and add the olive oil, water, vinegar, salt, and oregano. Mix until the ingredients are combined. Add the grated feta of POP DODONI and the olives, mix until it becomes a pliable dough that will not stick to the hands.
Open a rectangular shape with a rolling pin and with a knife or a cutter, cut into strips of 1-2 cm, place on a baking tray with parchment paper. We continue the same process for the whole dough.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden color.
