Courgette fritters with feta cheese

INGREDIENTS

400 g courgettes ...

1 large onion ...

½ bunch parsley ...

5 fresh spearmint leaves...

½ bunch dill ...

1 carrot ...

1 egg ...

100 g DODONI PDO Feta cheese ...

1 tsp baking powder ...

1 tsp salt...

4 tbsp flour, heaped ...

PREPARATION

Grate the courgettes and let the liquid drain off.

In the multi-chopper, chop the onion, carrot and herbs together.

EXECUTION

Place the grated courgettes in a bowl and mix with the rest of the ingredients.

Add the spices, feta cheese crumbled by hand and lastly the flour.

Mix well and fry large soup spoonfuls of the mixture.

Set on paper towels to drain and serve hot!

They can be served with a yoghurt dip.
