INGREDIENTS

100gr DODONI cow’s yoghurt...

200gr macaroni...

1 beetroot, boiled and cut in small peaces...

3 celery stalks, leaves reserved...

1/2 cup walnuts...

1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced...

olive oil...

salt and pepper...

PREPARATION

Boil the macaroni and drain until cool.
Put the macaroni in the bowl and add beetroots, apples, celery, onions, peppers and walnut.

EXECUTION

Mix all together and add olive oil, sprinkle salt and pepper and add the yoghurt.
Mix everything together and put in the fridge about half an hour.
Serve in small bowls.
