
THE EXPERIENCE
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE BURGERS
1 kg of ground beef
2 grated onions
2 grated tomatoes
3 thick slices of bread soaked in water
2 tbsp. red vinegar
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. oregano
80 ml cream fresh
100 gr. grated mixed cheese DODONI
100 g feta cheese cut into 12-14 small sticks
salt
freshly ground pepper
FOR THE POTATOES
1 kg baby potatoes
1 tbsp. mustard
2 lemons (juice)
½ cup olive oil
2 cups water
salt
freshly ground pepper

PREPARATION
For the potatoes
Cut the potatoes in half. Put the olive oil in our pan. Add all the other ingredients and mix. Bake at 200 degrees C for 1 hour, having them covered with foil.

EXECUTION 
For the burgers
Put the minced meat in a bowl, grate the onions and tomatoes, directly into the minced meat to get all their juices. Wet the bread well under running tap water, drain it well and crumble it in the minced meat. Add all the other ingredients except the feta cheese. Knead very well for a fluffy mixture. Shape into 12 or 14 burger and put a feta stick in the center. Place them on the already baked potatoes. Remove the foil and continue baking for another 30 minutes.
