INGREDIENTS

300g Yogurt DODONI Strained 2%...

2 pieces of chicken breast...

20 ml olive oil...

1 green pepper...

1 red pepper...

1 yellow pepper...

1 onion...

1 tbsp tomato paste...

1 kg of curry...

1 kg of paprika...

1 1/2 kg of salt...

1/2 tsp pepper...

5 sprigs of parsley...

PREPARATION

Cut the chicken and all our vegetables into thin strips.

EXECUTION

In a large pan, heat the olive oil and saute our chicken.

Next, add our onion and peppers.

Add our spices and tomato paste and cook at a low temperature.

When it is ready, add the yogurt and mix well with a wooden spoon.

Leave for 3 minutes and sprinkle with parsley.

Serve with basmati rice.
