6 bacon strips
350 ml DODONI fresh milk 1.5% fat
75 gr. DODONI graviera
75 gr. DODONI kefalotiri
2 tbs all-purpose flour
salt and pepper
Grate graviera and kefalotiri.
Boil broccoli for 3-4 minutes in salted water.
Cut bacon in pieces.
Share the broccoli and the bacon in 6 ramekins .
Whisk the eggs with the milk in a bowl and add salt and pepper. Add flour, graviera and kefalotiri and mix well.
Pour the egg mixture into the ramekins.
Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes at 180°C in preheated oven.
