INGREDIENTS

400 gr DODONI strained 2% fat yoghurt...

230 gr condensed milk...

4 tbsp cornstarch...

Wild cherry preserve...

Powdered sugar...

PREPARATION

Grease the walls of a 17 cm diameter round baking dish with sunflower oil and then place non-stick baking paper.

EXECUTION

In a bowl, pour the yoghurt along with the condensed milk and mix until well combined. Then add the cornstarch and mix until it becomes a smooth cream.

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius and bake the dessert for about 45 minutes. When baked, let it cool to room temperature and then place it in the refrigerator. Finally, add the wild cherry preserve on top, sprinkle the powdered sugar, and cut the cake.
