INGREDIENTS
250 g DODONI fresh cow's butter
130 g icing sugar
250 g all-purpose flour
120 g cornflour
Granulated sugar for sprinkling
PREPARATION
In the mixer bowl, beat the butter and sugar together for 3 minutes until fluffy.
Slowly add the flour. It is best to sift the flour and cornflour together before adding them to the mixture.
Continue to blend the mixture by hand until the dough is fluffy.
EXECUTION
Line a 22 cm baking tin with parchment paper and transfer the dough to it.
Press down with a spoon until it is spread evenly over the bottom. With a fork, make holes close together over the entire surface of the dough.
Bake in a preheated oven at 150 °C for about 45 minutes until lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
