INGREDIENTS

FOR THE PIE:

1 package of puff pastry...

200g of sugar...

2 vanillas...

400g DODONI strained yogurt full ...

4 eggs...

20g of baking powder...

250g of olive oil...

Zest from 3 oranges...

FOR THE SYRUP:

400 g of sugar...

300g of water...

Zest of one orange...

Juice of 2 oranges...

PREPARATION

Open the package with the crust sheets and cut them into strips.

Cut them into small pieces. We leave them on our counter to dry.

EXECUTION

We begin to beat the eggs with the sugar until they become frothy in the food processor and then add the orange zest.

Then add the vanilla, DODONI full strained yogurt, baking powder and olive oil. Mix very well with a mixer. Then throw the crust leaves into the mixture and mix again.

We take a pyrex and pour our mixture into it. Bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees in the air.

Let's prepare our syrup:

Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and let it boil for at least 8 minutes

After the orange pie comes out, pour it over while it's still hot.

Let it cool until you serve it

Goes great with vanilla ice cream!
