INGREDIENTS

800g all-purpose flour...

500g fresh DODONI cow butter...

170g powdered sugar...

150g almonds...

2 tsp vanilla extract...

FOR THE TOPPING

400g powdered sugar...

100g cornstarch...

Blossom water...

PREPARATION

Place the almonds in a baking pan with a baking paper and bake at 180°C until they turn brown.
Grate the almonds in the electric grater.

EXECUTION

Beat the powdered sugar, the butter and the vanilla in a mixer until the mixture gets fluffy, add the almond and mix. Then slowly add the flour until the mixture becomes a dough that will pull away from the sides of the mixer. Shape the dough into balls of the size of a walnut or any other shape you want. Place them in a baking pan with a baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15- 20 minutes until they turn golden brown. While they are hot, pour the blossom water and sugar them with the powdered sugar and the cornstarch you have mixed (the cornflour is used so that the sugar does not crystallize).
