INGREDIENTS

100 g DODONI fresh milk full-fat...

300 g white couverture chocolate ...

500 g DODONI strained full-fat yoghurt...

FOR THE BASE

100 g digestive biscuits, ground into crumbs...

40 g DODONI fresh cow's butter...

TO SERVE

Fresh blackberry sauce...

Fresh blackberries ...

PREPARATION

Place the milk and couverture chocolate in a pan and stir over low heat until the chocolate has melted and the ingredients are blended.

EXECUTION

Allow the mixture to cool slightly and add the yoghurt. Stir the ingredients until smoothly blended.

Grind the biscuits into a powder in a mini-chopper and add the melted butter.

Place some of the biscuit crumb mixture at the bottom of each cup and add the cream on top. Add the blackberry sauce and fresh blackberries over the top.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
