INGREDIENTS

125 gr finely chopped dark couverture chocolate ...

130 gr granulated sugar...

300 gr DODONI strained yoghurt ...

1/2 tsp salt...

1 tsp baking powder...

130 gr all-purpose flour...

40 gr cocoa powder ...

20 gr finely chopped white couverture chocolate ...

30 gr melted white couverture chocolate ...

1 egg ...

PREPARATION

Melt the white and couverture chocolate you will use for the brownies

EXECUTION

In a bowl, pour the melted couverture chocolate.

Then add the sugar and egg, stirring with a rubber spatula until they are incorporated. Add the yoghurt while continuing to mix.

Next, add the cocoa, salt, baking powder, and flour.

Stir until ingredients are well combined. Finally, add the pieces of white chocolate. The mixture will be thick. Pour the mixture into a 20 cm baking dish after putting grease-proof baking paper. Then, using a rubber spatula, evenly spread it across the base of the pan. Pour the melted white couverture chocolate on top, and make some patterns with a knife. Bake for precisely 20-23 minutes. When done, cut into pieces and enjoy
