Apple muffins with yogurt frosting

INGREDIENTS

3 eggs...

80gr. honey...

1 cup of DODONI yogurt...

90ml of olive oil...

200g of flour...

1/3 tsp baking powder...

150g apples in small cubes...

1 Tbsp Ceylon cinnamon...

FOR THE YOGURT FROSTING

1 cup of DODONI yogurt...

1 full tbsp of honey...

PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 180° and place the muffin papers in their tray.
Mix yogurt and honey into a small bowl well and refrigerate.

EXECUTION

In a large bowl, add the eggs, olive oil, honey, yogurt and mix very well. Add the flour with the baking powder. Add the chopped apples together with the cinnamon and mix very well. Split mixture into 12 muffin cases. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Let them cool well and with a spoon put the yogurt frosting that we had in the fridge.
