INGREDIENTS
1 cup DODONI Plant'd Apple-cinnamon
50 gr. oil
200 ml orange juice
180 gr. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp. soda
2 tbsp baking powder
250 gr. flour for all uses
1 apple, peeled and diced
PREPARATION 
Preheat the oven.
EXECUTION 
Pour DODONI Plant'd Apple-Cinnamon into a bowl and add the powdered sugar. Stir until the sugar melts. Then add the vanilla, cinnamon and mix the soda with the orange juice until it foams and pour it into the mixture and mix well. Mix the baking powder into the flour and then add it to our mixture spoon by spoon until it is homogeneous. Add oil.
Use a form with non-stick paper and before pouring the mixture, mix the apple pieces gently.
Bake at 180 on the resistances for 50-55 minutes.
