Pancakes with oats

INGREDIENTS

80 gr. Oats...

200g. DODONI yogurt strained 2%...

1 egg...

1/2 tsp. Soda...

1 tbsp Baking powder...

1 tbsp Sugar or honey or brown sugar...

Salt...

2 tbsp Olive oil...

Optional vanilla drops...

PREPARATION

Grind the oats in a food processor until it becomes like a powder.
In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the egg, vanilla and olive oil.
Add the oat flour, soda, sugar and baking powder.
And mix until it becomes a nice porridge.

EXECUTION

Put in the fridge for at least 1/2 hour (you can even overnight) and bake in a non-stick pan on both sides until they get a nice golden color.
We serve either sweet with praline or honey or maple syrup and fruit with a spoonful of DODONI strained yogurt or savory with grated cheese, bacon and a fried egg.
