1 ts ground cinnamon
2 tbs sugar
4 tbs DODONI butter
1/4 cup DODONI milk
1/2 vanilla extract
1 DODONI authentic Greek yoghurt 2%
2 tbs honey
1 cup grapes
8 slices day-old bread
Wash and rinse the grapes, set aside. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar and set aside. In another bowl combine yoghurt, honey and lemon rind, stir well and leave aside.
Whisk together cinnamon mixture, eggs, milk and vanilla and pour into a shallow plate. Dip bread in egg mixture, both sides. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Fry slices until golden brown and then flip to cook the other side.
Serve with yoghurt cream and grapes.
