Beetroot pancakes in the oven

INGREDIENTS

120 g boiled beetroot...

100 g DODONI strained yogurt, ...

50 g of olive oil...

25 g of honey, only for children over one year old...

1 egg...

120 g of all-purpose flour...

1 tbsp vanilla extract...

1 tbsp baking powder...

chocolate chips...

PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees on the resistances.

EXECUTION

Spread non-stick paper on a tray.
In the blender, beat all the ingredients except the flour, baking powder and chocolate chips until they are homogenized.
Transfer the mixture from the mixer to a bowl and gradually add the flour and baking powder, mixing with the wire.
Transfer the mixture to the pan and sprinkle with the chocolate chips, if using.
Bake for 25 minutes.
