400 gr. all purpose flour
250 gr DODONI feta cheese
50 ml olive oil
250 ml fresh DODONI milk
salt & pepper
cow’s butter for the tin
Sieve the flour in a bowl. Crumble with your hands the feta cheese.
Place in a bowl the flour and add the milk, oil, eggs, salt and pepper and stir until a watery batter.
Grease the pan well and pour the mixture.
Share the feta cheese over the batter.
Bake in preheated oven at 190oC for 40-45 minutes.
