INGREDIENTS

500 gr. quinoa ...

200 g halloumi DODONI...

200 gr. tomatoes...

2pcs. green peppers...

2pcs. yellow peppers...

2pcs. Red peppers...

200 ml of olive oil...

50 ml of balsamic...

5 g wasabi powder...

50 ml of honey...

Salt – Pepper...

PREPARATION

Boil the water and add quinoa. Grill halloumi on both sides on a frying pan and then cut it into sticks. cut the cherry tomatoes in halves, sauté the chopped peppers and caramelize them with 2 pinches of crystalline sugar. add some balsamic vinegar and leave it to glaze.

EXECUTION

Dress the salad with the ingredients and add it to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients. As a finishing step, add halloumi stick on top.
