INGREDIENTS

200 g flour...

100 g DODONI milk...

25 g butter...

1 tsp salt...

1/2 pack DODONI Halloumi cheese...

1 tbsp honey (optional)...

PREPARATION

Knead the flour, milk, butter, and salt together in a bowl to form a soft dough.

Cut the dough in half and roll out each half with a rolling pin forming circle shapes with a diameter of 20 cm each.

EXECUTION

Grate the Halloumi, and sprinkle half on each dough round.

Fold the dough rounds in half to seal the Halloumi inside. Be careful of holes in the dough that will let the Halloumi out.

Then, gently pass the rolling pin over the dough to flatten and widen the pie.

Repeat with second dough.

Place a non-stick frying pan on the heat to warm up well before putting in the pie.

Cook for 2 minutes until golden brown and then flip it over using a spatula.

Serve either hot or cold, plain or with a little honey on top.
