INGREDIENTS

200 gr. Halloumi PDO DODONI...

3 eggs...

150 gr. flour for all uses...

150 gr. breadcrumbs...

salt...

pepper...

PREPARATION

Beat the eggs in a bowl. Then mix the breadcrumbs with the salt and pepper. Cut the DODONI DPO Halloumi into sticks. We pass them first in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.

EXECUTION

Transfer them to the air fryer and bake at 200°C for 10 minutes, shaking in between.

Serve immediately and enjoy warm.
