Halloumi with roesmary, thyme, olive oil and tomatoes, baked in the oven

INGREDIENTS

100g DODONI PDO halloumi cheese DODONI PDO HALLOUMI...

200g cherry tomatoes, halved...

1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely-chopped...

½ tsp dried thyme...

40g olive oil...

Salt and pepper...

EXECUTION

Cut the halloumi into slices and sauté it in a wide frying pan

Add all the remaining ingredients to a large bowl.

Mix well

Transfer to individual serving pans or ramekins

Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.

Serve with the halloumi on top and a little extra rosemary.
