Easy Halloumi Cheese Balls

INGREDIENTS

200 g DODONI Strained Yoghurt...

130 g corn oil...

130 g DODONI Halloumi cheese...

2 eggs...

300 g self rising flour...

1 tsp salt...

1/2 tsp pepper ...

1/2 tsp oregano...

40 g sesame seeds...

PREPARATION

Grate the Halloumi on the large holes of a grater.

EXECUTION

Beat the eggs and yoghurt with a whisk. Add in the corn oil and keep whisking. Then add salt, pepper, oregano, the grated Halloumi and lastly the flour.

Shape into balls and roll over the sesame seeds.

Bake at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
