INGREDIENTS
300 gr self-rising flour
400 gr DODONI strained yoghurt
200 gr DODONI PDO Feta cheese
1 egg yolk (optional)
1 tbsp milk (optional)
20 gr sesame seeds (optional)
PREPARATION
EXECUTION
Add the crumbled DODONI PDO Feta cheese.
Mix well, wrap with cling film, and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 170°C on fan mode and remove the dough from the refrigerator.
Knead the cheesy breads and transfer them to a baking pan with non-stick baking paper.
Optionally, glaze them with an egg and milk mixture, and sprinkle with a few sesame seeds.
Transfer baking dish to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes on the upper rack.
