Salad with garlic dressing DODONI Plant'd

INGREDIENTS

10 pieces of broccoli...

50 g of boiled chickpeas...

1/2 tsp salt...

1/2 tsp smoked paprika...

Pepper...

1 lettuce...

1/2 bunch of dill...

1/2 bunch of parsley...

1/2 yellow pepper...

1/2 orange pepper...

1/2 green pepper...

1 cucumber...

DRESSING SALAD

1 package of DODONI Plant'd Oats...

1 kg of vinegar...

1 tbsp mustard...

Salt...

Pepper...

Sweet paprika...

Garlic powder...

2 tbsp olive oil...

PREPARATION

Chop our peppers, lettuce, dill, cucumber and parsley.

EXECUTION

Arrange the broccoli in tufts on a baking sheet together with the boiled chickpeas.
Add salt, pepper and smoked paprika on top.
Bake in a strong oven for 15 minutes.
In a bowl, serve the lettuce, dill, parsley, peppers and cucumber.
For the dressing, mix a package of DODONI Plant'd with Oats (150g) with 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp mustard, garlic powder, salt, pepper, sweet paprika and 3 tbsp olive oil, until well combined.
Serve the broccoli and chickpeas on top of our salad.
Add the dressing, mix well and enjoy!
