4-5 medium beets
150 Gr. pistachio nuts
1 bunch of chives
200 gr. DODONI katsikisio (goat's cheese)
2 tbsp DODONI authentic Greek yoghurt 8%
salt & pepper
Boil the beets in salted water and Peel. Finely chop the chives.
Cut the beets into medium cubes and put them in a bowl. Mix with the yoghurt and freshly ground pepper.
Add olive oil and mix with half the peanuts, half the chives and half black sesame.
Serve with the remaining ingredients.
