Lasagna with yogurt cream and tomato

INGREDIENTS

600 gr. yogurt DODONI strained...

4 eggs...

600 gr. mixed cheese grated DODONI...

300 milk DODONI ...

200 gr. Feta cheese DODONI...

200 gr. basil pesto...

8 sheets of lasagna...

5 tomatoes...

1 tsp paprika...

salt...

pepper...

PREPARATION

Put the yogurt, eggs, salt, pepper, paprika in a large bowl and mix well with an egg beater.
Add milk, grated cheese and mix well.  Finally, crush the feta and add it to the mixture.
Cut the tomatoes into slices. 

EXECUTION

Butter a 30 cm x 30 cm baking tray well. Cover the base with lasagna. Add the tomato slices on the lasagna. Cover with half the amount of the yogurt mixture. Then add half the amount of pesto and spread it on the surface. Repeat the same process adding lasagna, tomato slices, yogurt mixture and finally the basil pesto. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for 45 minutes.
