
THE EXPERIENCE
INGREDIENTS
1kg boneless lamb
1 sweet potato
8 baby potatoes
200 gr. DODONI graviera
200 gr. DODONI kefalotiri
1 leek
2 cloves of garlic
4 small sweet peppers
olive oil
salt and pepper

PREPARATION
Wash peppers and potatoes.
Cut the leek into rings and rinse with water.
Grate the cheese and cut kefalotiri into large cubes.
Peel the garlic cloves and cut each clove in two.
Wash the sweet potatoes and cut into sticks.

EXECUTION 
Cut 8 large pieces of greaseproof paper.
Share evenly all ingredients in 4, salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
Close the greaseproof papers in pouches. Close each pouch with a second piece of greaseproof paper and tie with baking string.
Place the pouches in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 1-1.5 hours.
Serve each pouch on a plate.
