12 digestive biscuits
30 g DODONI cow's butter, melted
6 tbsp strawberry or forest fruits jam
FOR THE YOGURT FILLING:
300 g DODONI Authentic Greek Yoghurt
3 tbsp honey
3 tsp powdered gelatin
50ml fresh milk DODONI
Forest fruits or strawberries
Fresh basil or mint leaves, to serve
Crush the digestive biscuits in a kitchen blender. Add the melted DODONI cow's butter and mix well. For the yoghurt filling let the gelatin soak in the milk for 10 minutes. Then heat it and stir well until the gelatin dissolves completely. Mix the yoghurt and honey in a bowl. Let the gelatin mixture cool down, add it to the bowl and mix well.
Line the bottom of two glasses with a layer of crushed biscuits. Add the yoghurt filling and then add the jam on top. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours. Garnish with several fruits and mint or basil leaves and serve!
