THE EXPERIENCE
INGREDIENTS
240 g. semisweet chcolate, chopped
160 g. full fat 3,5% DODONI fresh milk
200 g. full fat 8% DODONI authentic greek yoghurt
4 tbsp oat flakes
fresh fruit (such as cherries)
PREPARATION
Prepare the bain-marie: fill a saucepan with a bit of water, put the saucepan on the stove so that it starts to simmer and place a stainless steel bowl on top of it.
EXECUTION
Put the chocolate in the bowl. Stir it gently using a silicone spatula, until well melted. Then turn off the heat.
Put the milk and yoghurt in a bowl and beat with a hand mixer until fluffy.
Gradually add the melted chocolate in the yoghurt mixture, while mixing gently with the silicone spatula.
Mix until the mixture looks smooth and has an even color.
Divide half of the oat flakes into 4 bowls and cover with the mousse. Sprinkle the rest of the oats on top and garnish with fresh fruit.
Place in the fridge until serving.
