8 slices DODONI TouTost cheese
2 toast bread slices
4 prosciutto slices
fresh herbs (dill, spearmint, parsley), finely chopped
3 tbsp DODONI authentic Greek yoghurt 8%
1 tsp mustard
In a bowl, beat the egg with salt and pepper.
Sink the bread slices in the bowl, so the surface is covered with the egg mix.
Fry the bread slices in a pan until they are golden brown on both sides.
On top of one slice of bread place the cheese and prosciutto and cover with the other bread slice.
Finally, mix the herbs, yoghurt and mustard to create a sauce. Top with the sauce and serve.
