THE EXPERIENCE
INGREDIENTS
3-4 large tortillas
200 gr. DODONI yogurt, strained
2 Eggs
50 gr. DODONI cow graviera
Salt
Freshly ground pepper
FOR THE COMPOSITION OF PIZZA WITH TORTILLAS
6 tbsp. Pizza sauce
150 gr. DODONI cow graviera
10 Slices of pepperoni
1 tbsp. Dry oregano
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place the tortillas on the cutting board, one on top of the other and roll them up.
Cut the tortillas into 1 cm strips (like tagliatelle) and keep them aside.
Add the yogurt, eggs, grated gruyere, salt and pepper to a bowl and mix very well.
Add the cut tortillas to the bowl and mix until they absorb the mixture.
In a 25 cm mold with a removable base, place greaseproof paper, pour all the mixture and spread evenly, so that it is cooked properly.
Bake for 18 minutes.
EXECUTION
Remove the base from the oven and spread the pizza sauce, dry oregano, grated graviera, pepperoni slices on top and bake for another 10 minutes, until the cheese melts and takes on a nice color.
Remove from the oven, let the pizza stand for 5 minutes and cut into 8 pieces.
