INGREDIENTS

½ pack DODONI Halloumi cheese...

50 g DODONI Feta cheese...

3 eggs...

½ cup olive oil...

½ cup fresh DODONI light milk...

400 g all-purpose flour...

1 sachet baking powder...

1 red pepper...

1 tsp dry mint...

Sesame seeds for garnish...

PREPARATION

In a large bowl sift the flour and add the baking powder.

EXECUTION

Add in the eggs, oil and milk and beat them all together with the mixer for 2-3 minutes.

Cut the bacon in small pieces, grate the Halloumi and add them to the mixture along with the dry mint.

Add the mixture to a springform pan that has been greased and sprinkled with flour.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and then bake at 170 °C for about 50-60 minutes.

Allow the cake to rest for about 30 minutes after removing it from the oven. Serve lukewarm or cold.
