70 gr. all purpose flour
200 gr. DODONI Greek Saganaki Frying Cheese
A bowl of cold water
olive oil for frying
Spread the flour on a serving plate. Pour some cold water in a small bowl.
Take the 2 slices of DODONI Greek Saganaki Frying Cheese out of their package.
Dip them in the cold water and then dip them in the flour. Roll them around and then pat them gently to remove the excess flour.
Heat plenty of olive oil in a frying pan.
Fry the two slices, for about 2 minutes each side, until they get a nice golden-brown color.
Put them on a plate lined with paper towel (so that any excess oil is removed).
Immediately move them on to a serving plate. Cut the lemon into wedges and use it to squeeze its juice on the cheese. Serve hot.
