INGREDIENTS
500 gr. self raising flour
500 gr. cow yogurt DODONI
FOR THE PIZZA
2 tbsp tomato sauce
100 gr. kefalotyri or kefalograviera DODONI
50 gr. mushrooms
4-5 cherry tomatoes
20 gr. corn
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 200°C in the air with the pan in the oven.
EXECUTION
Put the flour and yogurt in the mixer. Beat well for 4-5 minutes until you have a soft dough that comes off the walls. Divide the dough in half to make 2 pizzas. Spread the dough on a baking sheet using your hands or with a rolling pin. Spread the tomato sauce with a spoon all over the surface. Add the cheese, and keep a little for the finish. Add the remaining ingredients all over the surface. Finally, add the remaining cheese. Transfer the pizza to the pan that has already been warmed up. Bake well for 10-12 minutes and serve the pizza hot.
