INGREDIENTS

1 savory tart dough - pate brisee ...

1 onion (sliced)...

1 red pepper (sliced)...

1 green pepper (sliced)...

1 leek sausage (sliced)...

2 tablespoon olive oil...

1 tablespoon basil (finely chopped)...

3-4 sun-dried tomatoes (well dried and chopped)...

200 gr. DODONI TouTost...

250 gr. DODONI goat cheese (diced)...

3 eggs...

200 gr. DΟDONI galotyri ...

1/2-lt DODONI milk ...

salt...

pepper...

PREPARATION

Put the olive oil in a non-stick pan and once hot add the onion. Sauté until it gets a nice golden color.

Then add the slices of sausage and peppers. Sauté briefly and careful not wither, but to be al dente.

In a large bowl, mix all cheeses with milk, basil and sun-dried tomatoes.

EXECUTION

Prepare the base of the savory tart according to the instructions you will find in the

Pour the sautéed vegetables and sausage into the cheese mixture and mix well.

Add salt and pepper, as preferred.

Bake in a well preheated oven at 180 °C for 40 minutes, until it gets a nice golden color.
