INGREDIENTS
4 slices DODONI TouTost cheese - Light
2 big Portobello mushrooms
1 cup of arugula (roka)
1 clove of garlic
100 gr. pine nuts
2 tbsp olive oil
1 chicken fillet, cooked
1/2 avocado in pieces
1/2 beetroot in slices

PREPARATION
Mix in the blender the arugula with the pine nuts, garlic and oil.

EXECUTION 
Stuff the mushrooms with the arugula sauce. On top, DODONI TouTost cheese - Light and grill in the oven, until the cheese melts. On top of the stuffed mushroom, add the avocado, then the chicken, then the beetroot and, finally, cap with the other mushroom.
