INGREDIENTS

6 slices DODONI TouTost cheese

2 tortillas

1 onion, diced

2 peppers (green, red) cut in pieces

200 gr. minced meat

PREPARATION

In a pan frizzle the onion and then add the minced meat and the peppers. When it is cooked remove the pan from the hot plate.

EXECUTION

Lay DODONI TouTost cheese upon the tortillas and then add the minced meat. Wrap the tortillas and grill them.
