guacamole with Greek yogurt and homemade tortilla chips

INGREDIENTS

5 tortillas...

salt & pepper...

oil for frying...

2 avocado...

2 lime...

1 DODONI authentic Greek yoghurt 8%...

½ bunch dill...

1 chili pepper (optional)...

PREPARATION

Cut each tortilla into 6 triangle shaped wedges. Pour oil into a medium skillet and Heat on medium high.

EXECUTION

Place a handful of tortilla triangles into the hot oil, in a single layer. Fry for a few seconds on each side. Transfer to paper towels and season. Continue to cook the chips, working in batches. Scoop out the avocado pulp in a bowl. Add the juice from the lime and yoghurt DODONI and mash with a fork until it becomes creamy. Season. Add the chopped dill. If we want our guacamole spicy, add some finely chopped chili pepper and mix well. Serve with homemade tortilla chips.
