Goat Cheese Oat Pie

INGREDIENTS

200 g DODONI Goat cheese ...

200 g DODONI Grated Kefalotyri cheese...

200 g DODONI Strained Yoghurt...

1 big egg ...

50 g oat flakes...

20 ml olive oil ...

1 tsp salt ...

1/2 tsp pepper...

1/2 tsp mint ...

3 tbsp sunflower and/or sesame seeds...

PREPARATION

Crumble the goat cheese with a fork.

EXECUTION

Beat the egg and add the yoghurt.

Add the cheeses, the oat flakes and gradually the rest of the ingredients.

Lightly oil a baking dish and pour in the mixture. Sprinkle with the sunflower and/or sesame seeds on top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170 oC for 35 minutes.
