INGREDIENTS
200 g DODONI Goat cheese
200 g DODONI Grated Kefalotyri cheese
200 g DODONI Strained Yoghurt
1 big egg
50 g oat flakes
20 ml olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp mint
3 tbsp sunflower and/or sesame seeds
PREPARATION
Crumble the goat cheese with a fork.
EXECUTION
Beat the egg and add the yoghurt.
Add the cheeses, the oat flakes and gradually the rest of the ingredients.
Lightly oil a baking dish and pour in the mixture. Sprinkle with the sunflower and/or sesame seeds on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 oC for 35 minutes.
