INGREDIENTS

400 gr. DODONI galotyri...

3 barley rusks...

1 tea spoon of smoked paprika...

20 leaves of spearmint...

20 leaves of basil...

5 leaves of sage...

2 table spoon of olive oil...

salt and pepper...

PREPARATION

Chop the herbs and add in a bowl with galotyri. Add smoked paprika, olive oil, salt and pepper.

EXECUTION

Mix together very well and serve on top of barley rusks.
