1 pack ready-rolled puff pastry
150 gr. bacon
150 gr. DODONI feta
100 gr. DODONI graviera
1 tbsp. olive oil
Thinly slice the leeks.
Cut the bacon in medium size pieces.
Grate the graviera and crumble the feta.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, then gently fry the leeks until soft for about 5 mins.
Unroll the pastry onto a baking sheet.
Share over the pastry to within 3cm of the edges, feta, sautéed leeks, bacon and graviera cheese.
Flip the edges of the pastry over the filling.
Bake at 180°C for about 20 mins or until golden.
