600 g DONONI Authentic Greek yoghurt
freshly ground pepper
200 g smoked ham, cubed
10 DODONI TouTost slices
2 puff pastry sheets
Preheat the oven. Weigh all the ingredients that you’re going to use.
In a bowl mix the yoghurt, salt, freshly ground pepper, 2 tbsp olive oil and 3 eggs until smooth. Add the ham and incorporate it into the mixture. Brush a 40X25cm baking pan with olive oil and put one puff pastry sheet in it. Using a fork, prick it and spread the TouTost slices all over its surface. Spread the yoghurt mixture evenly on top of the cheese slices. Cover with the other puff pastry sheet and fold its edges. Cut the pie into pieces and brush with 1 lightly beaten egg. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40-45 minutes, until puffed up and golden brown.
Serve the ham and cheese pie warm or at room temperature.
