INGREDIENTS
200 g DODONI Feta Spread natural flavour
200 g DODONI grated cheeses mix
5 cherry tomatoes
50 g sliced olives
1 green pepper
250 g self rising flour
250 g DODNI fresh milk, in room temperature
150 g DODONI butter, melted
2 eggs, in room temperature
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
PREPARATION
Finely chop the peppers into squares and cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters.
EXECUTION
Mix the milk with the melted butter. Add the eggs and mix well. Then add the spices, flour and baking powder. Once the dough firms up nicely, add the rest of the ingredients.
Fill your muffin moulds and bake at 180 oC for about 20-25 minutes.
