
THE EXPERIENCE
INGREDIENTS
500 gr Flour
2 big spoons sheep butter DODONI
2 big spoons oil
1 big spoon vinegar
water (as much as it gets in order to have a smooth dough)
1 big chicken
2 leeks (only the white part)
6-7 fresh onions
1/4 cup oil
1 cup of brown rice
2 big spoons cow butter DODONI
100 gr. Feta DODONI
red sweet pepper
black pepper and salt

PREPARATION
Boil the chicken and rest it in order to cool down. In another pot, frizzle the leeks with the onions and dry them. When the chicken is cold, cut it in small pieces. In a bowl put the chicken, the leeks, the onions, one cup chicken broth (from the boiled chicken), the rice, feta DODONI, salt and peppers. Stir smoothly.

EXECUTION 
Put oil all over the baking dish and lay 2 pastry sheets with oil in between. Lay the filling and above put the other 2 pastry sheets with oil in between. Cut the pie lightly and bake it in 180°C.
