500 g white mushrooms
3 bacon slices
1 tsp dill
150 g DODONI Feta cheese
200 g DODONI Strained Yoghurt
Olive oil (optional)
Wipe the mushrooms and remove the stalks.
Remove the flesh with a tee spoon and set aside in a bowl.
Finely chop the bacon and dill and add them to the same bowl with a little salt and pepper.
Next, crumble the feta and add it to the bowl along with all the other ingredients.
Beat the egg and add it to the bowl along with the Yoghurt as well.
Gently mix all the ingredients well and stuff all the mushrooms with the mixture.
Line a baking dish or pan with parchment paper and put in the mushrooms
Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and optionally with some dill, and bake at 180 oC for about 15 minutes, depending on the size of the mushrooms.
Serve hot or cold with a few drops of olive oil.
