INGREDIENTS

4 large potatoes, cut in very thin slices...

3 spring onions...

2 eggs...

200 g DODONI Strained Yoghurt...

20 g cow butter...

1 tbsp honey...

1 tbsp mustard...

Pepper...

PREPARATION

Cut the potatoes into very thin oval shaped slices.

EXECUTION

Crumble the feta in a bowl. Add the Yoghurt, eggs, honey, mustard, chopped onions and pepper.

Butter a small baking dish and start layering with half of the potatoes. Pour some yoghurt mixture on top and add another layer of potatoes.

Keep adding layers of mixture and potatoes.

Sprinkle with a little feta and bake at 180 oC for about 1 hour until the potatoes are soft and the surface golden.

Serve with a few drops of olive oil either as a main meal or as a BBQ side dish.
